I'm a food trucker. I've tried em all. All I can say is this guy, an actual chef, is the bomb. All the other pizza "chefs" could learn a thing or two from JRads. Amazing food, friendly service. His partner was very kind and an overall awesome experience had by someone on the "inside" of the food truck industry.
