Tony and Debbie got married on 7/7/07 and they had always contemplated the idea of having Tony run his own restaurant. His years of being an Executive Chef and Regional Executive Chef earned him awards of Culinary Excellence and he had been featured in several local magazines, such as Lehigh Valley Style. They had an interest in a restaurant/bar located near their place they owned near Lake Wallenpaupak but this never came to fruition.

In the summer of 2020, they had decided to built a wood fired pizza oven in their backyard. So many friends would request to have Tony's pizza! They even catered a small wedding party at their house while keeping the bride and groom happy with their budget. A couple of years ago a friend approached Tony to look into a partnership of owning a restaurant and this sparked Tony's interest again into going into business for himself. They discussed the food truck idea and decided to go with the wood fired pizza oven trailer. Debbie fully supported this idea and both decided this is the time to do it if they ever were going to take the risk.

So, in 2023, we researched which trailer we wanted and even drove down to the place in Florida where they manufactured the trailers. Finally, the time came for Tony to pick it up and bring it home to New Tripoli. We both worked on perfecting the dough for large batches, had neighbors taste test and started officially selling the pizzas Labor Day weekend of 2023! Now their schedule consists of catering events accommodating large and small requests for private parties, baby showers, wedding rehearsals and weddings. We also support our local wineries, breweries, businesses and parks. They are in the business to make your event a memorable experience.
